Job Description
The Role:
As a VRV Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales of Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with the engineering and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Develop and implement sales strategies for VRV systems
Identify and engage potential clients through networking and outreach
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside engineers and project managers.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen.
Experience in HVAC sales or related field
Technical knowledge of VRV systems
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused mindset
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
