Job Description

We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join as Virtual Relationship Managers. The role involves Tele Sales of Banking products through inbound and outbound calling, ensuring excellent customer engagement and conversion solving customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Freshers as well as Experience

Fresher candidates must demonstrate clear motivation/inspiration to join a sales role.

High level of confidence and willingness to work in a telesales environment.

Mandatory Skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal)

Good presentability and well groomed where Formals is mandatory for interview.

Stable career mindset (no frequent job changes)

Strong conviction and clarity about working in a telesales desk role.

This is a desk-based telesales role – candidates must be fully comfortable with this.

No ambiguity or hesitation regarding telesales responsibilities.

Location & Travel

Must be willing to work from Thane (Hiranandani Estate).

Candidate’s residential location should be reasonably close.

Transport facility: Direct company buses available from multiple locations (first come, first serve).
