Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a vital role supporting elementary and middle school students as a contract school psychologist. This opportunity is based onsite and serves both younger learners (Kindergarten through 5th grade) and middle school students (6th through 8th grade) throughout the academic year, beginning July 30th and concluding June 2nd. You’ll thrive as an essential part of both schools’ multidisciplinary teams, providing expertise and care across daily challenges and collaborative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage actively with building teams and contribute to problem-solving strategies and student support interventions.

Participate in and support Student Intervention and Building Crisis Teams, ensuring a safe, responsive environment.

Conduct comprehensive IEP evaluations and provide direct and consultative services aligned with students’ individualized needs.

Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families, fostering positive outcomes.

Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of evaluations, interventions, and student progress.

Deliver guidance and recommendations for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support in both elementary and middle school settings.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure/certification as a School Psychologist, or eligibility to obtain.

Relevant experience working in K-8 educational settings is highly valued.

Strong understanding of special education law, IEP processes, and crisis management practices.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

Demonstrated skill in building rapport with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds.
