What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings

Perform drain cleaning and maintenance services

Handle both simple and complex service calls efficiently

Read and interpret blueprints and job specs

Identify materials needed for projects

Keep your company vehicle and tools clean, organized, and in great condition

What We’re Looking For

Licensed plumber or 1+ year of verifiable plumbing experience (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude

What You’ll Earn

$23/hour during training (1–3 months)

Transition to commission pay once you’re producing above the hourly rate, the harder you work, the more you earn!

1st-year techs: $45,000–$70,000+

2nd-year techs: $55,000–$85,000+
