CNC Machinist Custom Machine Shop
2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 4:00 pm-2:30 am) and Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun, 7am-7pm) 2 openings for each shift.

What Youll Do
As our experienced CNC Machinist, youll play a key role in bringing technical designs to life by:
Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand part geometry, features, and tolerances.
Operating multiple CNC milling machine centers, many with the help of automation.
Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsets for efficient and accurate machining.
Inspecting and measuring finished parts using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools.
Reviewing and understanding CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy.
Completing inspection and production reports to ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What Youll Bring
Were looking for production team members with theaptitude,willingness, and proactivityto excel in a growing manufacturing environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T.
Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more.
Solid mechanical aptitude with a problemsolver mindset.
Excellent communication skillsable to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.
A proactive, selfdriven work style with the ability to complete tasks with minimal direction.
Experience operating multi-axis CNC machining centers is a strong plus.
