Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with Siemens scanner experience for an outpatient CT assignment in Ohio.

Details

Outpatient CT setting within a large healthcare organization

Adult outpatient patient population

Procedures include CT scans of extremities, abdomen, chest, head/neck, and spine

Siemens CT scanner equipment used

5x8-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Weekend and holiday coverage required as needed

May float to other units within the organization as needed

Requirements

Active ARRT (CT) certification required

Active BLS certification required

Valid state license required if applicable

Siemens CT scanner experience required

Proficiency with IV starts and contrast administration

Experience with CT imaging of extremities, abdomen, chest, head/neck, and spine

2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or Supervisor — a Charge RN is acceptable as the second reference; coworker references are not accepted

Additional Information

Local candidates are accepted at the same rate

Former employees of the facility are eligible after a minimum 6-month separation

Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration and is limited to 7 days or fewer

Ohio fingerprinting is required and must be completed promptly after accepting the position — candidates outside Ohio will need to travel to an Ohio fingerprinting location or complete a mailed fingerprinting packet upon receipt
