Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Mammography Technologist to join a high-performing outpatient imaging team in Humble, TX. This role is responsible for performing high-quality mammography imaging, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining compliance with radiology standards and breast imaging protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols

Ensure accurate imaging quality for radiologist interpretation

Maintain patient safety, privacy, and comfort throughout procedures

Follow radiation safety standards and quality control procedures

Support workflow coordination within the breast imaging department

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements

Required Qualifications

Current Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license – required

ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT-R) – required

ARRT certification in Mammography (ARRT-M) – required

Prior experience in mammography or breast imaging strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and a patient care focus
