Job Summary: Company Drivers – Last Mile Delivery (Lead & Associate Roles)

Phinix Logistics is hiring motivated, dependable drivers to join our last mile delivery team. We operate 26' box trucks to deliver goods directly to customers with precision, care, and professionalism. This opportunity includes two distinct roles: Lead Driver and Associate Driver, each offering a path to growth within our fast-paced logistics network.

Requirements

Lead Driver

Requirements:

Proven experience in last mile delivery or furniture delivery

Strong leadership and customer service skills

Ability to manage delivery routes and mentor associate drivers

Responsibilities:

Operate 26' box truck for scheduled deliveries

Ensure timely, damage-free delivery and setup (when applicable)

Lead delivery team and coordinate route execution

Communicate with dispatch and clients to resolve issues

Associate Driver

Requirements:

Prior delivery experience preferred but not required

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Responsibilities:

Assist Lead Driver with loading, delivery, and setup

Follow safety protocols and delivery procedures

Participate in training and skill development
