This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: June 29th 7 am-July 3rd 7 am and July 17th 7 am-July 24th 7am

Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

Types of Cases: General Obstetrics Care

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Licensure Required: Licensed in Wisconsin or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

$1746.00 / Daily - $1890.00 / Daily
