In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences such as vacations, cruises, hotel stays, transportation, and activities. Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching and planning travel arrangements

Coordinate bookings for hotels, cruises, flights, transportation, and tours

Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms

Maintain accurate and organized client records and itineraries

Provide timely customer support before, during, and after travel arrangements

Stay informed about destinations, travel suppliers, and industry updates

Help tailor travel experiences based on client needs and preferences

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer skills required, including email, internet navigation, and online booking tools

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
