Key Responsibilities

Lead kitchen and culinary operations

Manage menu planning and execution

Oversee catering operations

Control food and labor costs

Train and manage staff

Ensure food safety compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years culinary management experience

Bachelor’s or equivalent experience

Catering experience required

Food cost management required

HACCP knowledge preferred
