WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced Groundskeeper with at least two (2) years of experience as a groundskeeper, landscaper or a related role and a passion for maintaining the "look" of your community. You are safety-conscious in all aspects of doing your job. You are a professional communicator, striving to improve the lives of our customers and you exemplify the Company culture of Living Our Values Everyday!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Maintain a visually appealing outdoor space and a high level of curb appeal

Maintain the grounds and exterior of the building, including parking lots and amenities

Physically walk the property on a frequent basis and removes litter and other debris from the grounds

Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property

Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests

Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets

WHAT YOU NEED

At least two (2) years of experience as a groundskeeper, landscaper or a related role

Strong customer service skills

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
