Location: Bethlehem, PA

Salary: $80,000–$100,000/yr

Schedule: Full-time 2nd Shift (2pm–11pm)

This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision measurement skills, and hands-on leadership in a heavy industrial shop.

Key Responsibilities

Lead 2nd shift shop operations

Oversee repair of turbines, compressors, and rotating equipment

Perform precision measurements and inspections

Coordinate material handling and shop flow

Ensure safety and quality compliance

Mentor technicians and support training

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years industrial shop experience

Supervisory experience required

Rotating equipment experience required

Strong precision measurement skills required

Forklift and crane experience required
