Position Title: ServiceNow QA/Test Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite 5 Days/Week)

Clearance Requirements: US Citizen or Green Card Holder Required

Position Status: Contract / Long-Term

Pay Rate: Competitive – Based on Experience

Position Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow QA/Test Engineer to support enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role will focus on manual and automated testing, regression testing, ATF automation, defect management, and platform validation across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing strategies

Build and maintain automated tests using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing

Track, document, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams

Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, and patch testing

Ensure platform quality, compliance, and performance standards are met

Work within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle

Required Skills/Education:

4+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience

2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience

Strong experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)

Experience testing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC

Experience with Jira, ServiceNow Test Management, or similar tools

Strong defect tracking and UAT support experience

ServiceNow CSA certification preferred

Government/public sector or FedRAMP experience is a plus

Selenium or automation testing experience is a plus
