Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining concept
Proven ability to lead a culinary team in executing detailed, scratch-made recipes with consistency
Familiarity with kitchen financials, including inventory control, purchasing, and labor management
Committed to food safety, cleanliness, and maintaining high operational standards
Comfortable running BOH operations in the Executive Chef’s absence and assisting with training new hires
