Job Title: Millwright Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Millwright Mechanic to join our team. This role involves disassembling and cleaning parts for rebuild, reassembling new or reconditioned parts, and working with mechanical tools and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: 30-32/hr
Shift: First 7am-4pm
Responsibilities
Disassemble and clean parts for rebuild.
Reassemble new or reconditioned parts.
Perform bearing disassembly, cleaning, mounting, and assembly.
Conduct tube bending and use a torch for various tasks.
Utilize measuring devices such as calipers, mics, and feeler gauges.
Routinely repair and maintain facility machinery, tools, and equipment.
Interpret and read blueprints for effective machinery operation.
Complete inspection forms and related paperwork accurately.
Operate jib cranes, fork trucks, and overhead cranes with provided training.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including tools and equipment.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience as a Mechanic/Millwright in the Manufacturing Industry.
Good working knowledge of mechanical tools.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to stoop, kneel, and bend at the waist.
Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Ability to remain in a standing or walking position for extended periods.

Work Environment
This position is based in a fabrication shop, where you will work with various machinery and tools. Training for equipment such as jib cranes, fork trucks, and overhead cranes will be provided.Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
