Job Responsibilities:

Supports the delivery of Alteration & Addition (A&A) and enhancement projects across the MGM properties, ensuring design intent, quality, functionality, and brand standards are maintained throughout all project phases (from concept to completion) within an operating luxury hotel and gaming environment

Assist in reviewing design development drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings

Review and comment on material submissions, finish schedules, mock-ups, and samples

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design-related matters

Support preparation of design documentation for tender and construction phases

Assist in understanding and supporting cost-effective design solutions

Support monitoring of design-related costs and material selections to align with approved budgets

Provide design assistance for ad-hoc enhancement initiatives as required

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree of Interior design, Architecture, or related disciplines

5 years or above relevant experience in interior design, architectural design, or design coordination, preferably within luxury hotel, integrated resort, or casino environments

Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Sketchup, Rhino3D and MS Office applications

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
