Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Warner Robins, GA Full-Time Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Position Overview
Underground Strength and Wellness Clinic is seeking a full-time, licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a new clinic location, where you will work with a high degree of autonomy in a supportive, low-stress environment. A collaborative agreement will outline your scope of practice and prescriptive authority.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing medical oversight to patients, identifying and offering therapies for hormone-related disorders, and formulating individualized treatment plans encompassing diagnosis, patient education and counseling, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). The NP in this role must be willing to travel for training as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
• Prescribe hormone-based therapies for both men and women
• Prescribe peptide therapy and prescription weight loss medications and treatments
• Order and interpret lab work
• Administer and oversee IM vitamin injections and IV hydration services
• Provide patient counseling and education on hormone health and wellness
• Occasionally answer clinic phone calls and assist with patient checkout via point-of-sale technology
Ideal Candidate
• Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and prescribing hormone therapy for both men and women in a direct-pay wellness clinic. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, excels in team-based settings, and delivers excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in hormone replacement therapy is preferred but not required.
• Willing to travel for training as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia
• Active NPI number
• DEA license (preferred)
• Proficient in phlebotomy and IV catheter insertion
• Knowledgeable in EHR systems and computer-based data management programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with patients, family members, physicians, retail and medical partners, and community representatives
• Sound understanding of all applicable federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
No weekends Paid holidays Location: Warner Robins, GA
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience)
