Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Eastway Behavioral Healthcare is hiring for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). This position will support our kids who are in residential care with us in both Columbus and Washington Court House, Ohio.

Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to support children in residential care in Columbus and Washington Court House, Ohio.

The Ranch of Opportunity in Washington Court House provides a peaceful environment for girls aged 13 to 17 to undergo a 6-8 month trauma-focused residential treatment program.

The Heritage of Hannah Neil in Columbus offers residential services for children who have experienced trauma, prioritizing respect, compassion, and dignity.

The PMHNP collaborates as a key member of the team, providing psychiatric services to children and adolescents in care.

This role works directly under the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, ensuring high-quality psychiatric support.

Teamwork and client care are emphasized in all aspects of the role.

Electronic Medical Records are managed through CareLogic.

A 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with five working days required.

The work schedule involves travel between Columbus and Washington Court House, with mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate.

Minimal on-call responsibilities are included.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMHNP in an inpatient mental health environment is required.

Candidates moving forward must be willing to travel on-site for an initial interview (travel expenses to be reimbursed through Eastway)

Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year (to be discussed at interview)
