Job Full Description

We have an opening for a Production/Assembly position working at an automotive seat manufacturer located in Athens, AL. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement.

*** CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING/AVAILABLE TO WORK MANDATORY OVERTIME ***

Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment or assembly line is preferred.

Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.

Must be capable of walking up/down 5-step staircases on a continual basis through an entire shift.

Must be capable of working an entire work week on a consistent basis.

Ability to work for extended periods of overtime, as required.

Punctuality and dependability.

Duties/Responsibilities

Assemble automotive seat components according to specifications.

Use hand/power tools and other equipment to hand-finish and complete seat assemblies.

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
