Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Office Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain a high level of accuracy, and contribute to a positive office environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems accurately.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence promptly.
Assist in data entry tasks and update office databases regularly.
Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
