The Role & Landscape: As a Technical Lead, you will sit at the intersection of architecture and engineering delivery. You will take ownership of key technical decisions, ensuring that high-level designs translate into robust, scalable, and secure code.

- Technical Leadership: Lead solution design reviews, set engineering standards, and guide a squad of talented developers.

- The Tech Stack: Deep involvement with Java, Python, Microservices, and RESTful API design within a modernized cloud ecosystem.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with platform DevOps, enterprise architecture, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

- Quality & Reliability: Guarantee that all Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)—including performance, scalability, security, and production readiness—are strictly met and continuously monitored using modern observability tooling.

What We Are Looking For:

- Mandatory Technical Skills: Proven, hands-on expertise in Java and Python, with a strong background in building and scaling Microservices and designing robust APIs.

- Cloud & DevOps: Deep understanding of modern Cloud architecture. Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC - e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics).

- Leadership Experience: A demonstrable track record of guiding engineering teams, conducting rigorous code/design reviews, and resolving complex technical roadblocks in distributed systems.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management. The ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both technical peers and non-technical business leaders.
