Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbus, OH, for an Associate Attorney practicing domestic relations law. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. Additional responsibilities include negotiating agreements, meeting with clients to discuss case strategy, and maintaining effective communication throughout legal processes. The role requires a proactive approach to case management and an unwavering commitment to achieving successful outcomes for clients. The firm operates collaboratively with a top-bottom approach.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and Domestic Relations Law

Proficiency in civil litigation, discovery, and the rules of civil procedure

Excellent skills in providing Legal Advice and counsel to clients

Experience in Research and drafting legal documents

Proven ability in Negotiation and conflict resolution

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio

Experience in family law is preferred, but not required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
