### Job Summary

Manny Construction is seeking a motivated and persuasive Appointment Setter to support the sales and project development team by contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential clients via phone, email, or online messaging

* Qualify leads based on company criteria and project requirements

* Schedule appointments for sales representatives and project managers

* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information

* Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities

* Provide basic information about company services and construction projects

* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies

* Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets

* Maintain professionalism and excellent customer interaction at all times

### Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting preferred

* Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

* Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

* Ability to work independently in a remote setting

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities

* Experience in construction or home services industry is an advantage but not required
