### Job Summary

Manny Construction is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that support the company’s branding, marketing, and communication goals. The ideal candidate will create high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency and professionalism across all materials.

### Key Responsibilities

* Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and advertisements

* Create graphics for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns

* Develop visual concepts that align with company branding and marketing strategies

* Collaborate with marketing and management teams on creative projects and campaigns

* Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts for professional presentation

* Prepare design files for print and digital publishing

* Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and visual identity

* Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

* Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices

### Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred

* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

* Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work

* Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design

* Excellent communication and time-management skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

* Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
