Engineering Program Manager

Location: Misawa Air Base

Start Date: Immediate Position Summary:

Engineering project management role supporting Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) programs for U.S. Air Force infrastructure projects. Supports architect-engineer contract oversight, project coordination, construction review, and lifecycle project management.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support Contracting Office and COR on FSRM engineering contracts

• Review contractor technical deliverables and project documentation

• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and contractor activities

• Monitor schedules, progress, deliverables, and project execution

• Review invoices and recommend process improvements

• Manage engineering/construction projects through completion

• Validate specifications, design documents, and engineering solutions

• Track projects using reporting and scheduling tools

• Support contract formation and project lifecycle management

• Provide written status reports to government leadership

• Facilitate meetings with contractors and government stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Minimum 5 years engineering project management experience

• Strong communication and data management skills

• Ability to obtain USAF NACI/SF85 clearance/access

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture

• Hospital design-construction experience

• AFCEC, AFIMSC, or Air Force Civil Engineering experience

• Familiarity with TRIRIGA/NexGen, GEOBASE, BUILDER, or related systems

• FSRM program experience
