Night Skilled Operator / Whey Department Join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality dairy products in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are ready to grow with us.

What You'll Do * Operate and monitor whey filtration and separation systems * Load cream and WPC trucks safely and efficiently * Collect and document product samples as required * Manage silo levels, including switching and performing CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes * Coordinate with permeate truck drivers for loading and logistics * Operate whey separators to ensure proper product separation * Transfer and handle product as needed throughout the process * Assist in pasteurizing cream used in butter production * Monitor computerized production and cleaning systems * Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain efficiency * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Support team operations and take on additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For * 18 years of age or older * Legally authorized to work in the United States * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of tasks * Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others Schedule: Thursday - Saturday from 4:00 pm to 4:00 am (every other Wednesday) Alternating 4 days or 3 days off per week.

Pay * Training pay starts at $18.80/Hour with a potential to reach $22.30/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
