About the Role:
We're partnering with a high-growth organization in the logistics and shipping industry to hire a HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting operations and senior leadership.
This is a hands-on, field-facing role where you'll work closely with leaders and employees to drive HR strategy, employee relations, and day-to-day HR execution. You'll play a key role in aligning people initiatives with business goals while staying actively engaged on the ground.

Day in the life of a HR Business Partner:
Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and senior executives
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage and optimize HRIS systems and employee data processes
Deliver HR reporting and insights to support decision-making
Partner on compensation, benefits, and leave administration
Lead and support training, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Proven experience partnering directly with senior leadership
Strong employee relations experience (conflict resolution, performance issues, coaching managers)
Solid understanding of core HR functions (recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management)
Experience working with HRIS systems and handling HR data/reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-change environment
Strong communication skills with ability to influence across all levels of the business
Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a focus on practical, real-world solutions
