About the Role

Join the Education Team within the Learning Department and support continuing medical education (CME) operations and digital learning content development. This role blends education, content creation, and digital communications-giving you hands-on experience in medical education, LMS content management, and social media strategy.

What You'll Do

Monitor and respond to CME inbox inquiries using templates and staff guidance

Convert existing educational content into microlearning modules within an LMS

Support LMS content organization, updates, and FAQ maintenance

Assist with data reporting, including pulling metrics and creating summaries

Create engaging microlearning and social media content using Canva

Help track engagement metrics (e.g., impressions, reach, engagement) and create simple visual reports

What We're Looking For

Undergraduate or graduate student

Majors in Public Health, Communications, Health Education, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or related fields

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Interest in healthcare, medical education, or digital learning

Skills

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - advanced (Excel graphs required)

Canva - intermediate (social media and slide design)

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

LMS/CMS experience is a plus
