Data Reporting Analyst - REMOTE

Genesis10 is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst for a financial services firm. This is a remote 2-3 month contract position with a client located in Columbus, OH.

Compensation: $52.00-60.00/HR W2

Job Description:

The analyst will support a large-scale banking acquisition and customer conversion initiative. The team is entering a fast-paced phase focused on customer-impact remediation, reporting, and partner coordination. This role will help identify impacted customer populations, validate data, generate reporting, and distribute actionable insights to internal business partners.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to manage rapid-turnaround requests in a dynamic environment.

Job Duties:

Analyze and validate customer and operational data related to banking conversion activities

Use SQL, SAS, and Excel to identify impacted customer groups and generate reporting

Prepare and distribute customer-impact lists and reporting to appropriate internal stakeholders

Support remediation and follow-up efforts related to customer communication issues

Partner with marketing, analytics, and business teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery

Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting requests in a fast-paced environment

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for operational decision-making Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with SQL

Experience using SAS and advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation Preferred Qualifications:

Banking or financial services experience

Experience supporting customer conversion, integration, or operational remediation efforts
