The St. Cloud Area Family YMCA is looking for a responsible, energetic, and team-oriented Lifeguard Supervisor to help lead our aquatics team. In this role, you’ll do more than monitor the pool — you’ll mentor staff, build confidence in others, and help create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You Bring:

Current Lifeguard Certification (YMCA, Red Cross, or equivalent)

CPR/AED and First Aid certification required

Lifeguard Supervisor Certified or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment

Leadership skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Minimum 1 year of lifeguarding experience preferred

Must be at least 16 years old
