Compensation: $45,000–$65,000 per year (base pay + bonuses + commissions)

The Role - What You'll Do

As a Field Representative, you're the most important part of our team because you will be the face of our company; our "boots on the ground," talking to homeowners to educate them on the variety of products we offer (NOT just one!) and identifying qualified leads for our closers.

Own Your Territory: Learn to manage yourself and treat your assigned territory like your own business.

Build Relationships: Engage face-to-face, not behind a screen or a phone.

Master the Pitch: Learn objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

What we're NOT

High-Pressure Sales- Our goal is to leave everyone with a great impression of our company by educating them on what we do and offering them a free consultation.
