Night Skilled Operator / Whey Department

Join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality dairy products in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are ready to grow with us.What You'll Do

Operate and monitor whey filtration and separation systems

Load cream and WPC trucks safely and efficiently

Collect and document product samples as required

Manage silo levels, including switching and performing CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes

Coordinate with permeate truck drivers for loading and logistics

Operate whey separators to ensure proper product separation

Transfer and handle product as needed throughout the process

Assist in pasteurizing cream used in butter production

Monitor computerized production and cleaning systems

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain efficiency

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Support team operations and take on additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For

18 years of age or older

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of tasks

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others

Schedule:

Thursday - Saturday from 4:00 pm to 4:00 am (every other Wednesday)

Alternating 4 days or 3 days off per week.

Pay

Training pay starts at $18.80/Hour with a potential to reach $22.30/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
