Wellness resources

Solterra Wellness Club is hiring founding yoga instructors to help launch a new luxury wellness destination in Polaris. This is not a high-volume, low-touch studio role. We are building a refined, hospitality-driven experience where every class, every interaction, and every detail matters.

We are looking for instructors with presence. Instructors who can command a room without performing. Instructors who understand that a premium class experience is not just about sequence. It is about pacing, energy, clarity, professionalism, and the ability to make people want to come back.

If you are polished, reliable, and capable of delivering classes that feel both elevated and deeply welcoming, this is the kind of room we are building for.

What Youll Do

Teach strong, intentional yoga classes with confident cueing, thoughtful sequencing, and excellent room awareness

Deliver a member experience rooted in safety, alignment, breath, flow, and intelligent modification

Create classes that feel elevated, grounded, and memorable for a mixed-level clientele

Maintain a polished, guest-ready presence before, during, and after class

Build connection with members and contribute to retention through consistency, warmth, and professionalism

Collaborate with Solterra on workshops, pop-ups, special events, and community programming

Represent the Solterra brand as a trusted, high-level wellness professionalWhat Were Looking For
