The Ford Agency is partnering with a prestigious DC law firm in their search for a professional and engaging Office Services Coordinator to support facilities, conference room management, and front office operations. Our client is seeking a poised individual who will embody exceptional client service and attention to detail. The Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for facilities related requests and vendors, manage conference room logistics, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the Washington, DC office.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the first point of contact for facilities and outside vendor requests
Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings and conference spaces, including videoconference coordination
Maintain the inventory and appearance of conference rooms, pantries, office supplies, and lobby areas
Handle courier requests, mail distribution, and shipping/receiving
Coordinate with building management and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide back-up phone coverage and assist with office tours and special projects
Qualifications Include:
2+ years of facilities or office coordination experience; professional services environment preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
Discretion, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information
Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
