Applicant must have good telephone, computer, spreadsheet, Quickbooks and accounting skills, attentiveness to detail, ability to work well and efficiently with others, good attendance and desire for long term employment. An accounting degree and good verbal and written communication skills are beneficial.
This full time position for a good match includes benefits of paid time off for all major holidays, voluntary wellness program bonuses, performance bonuses and liberal monthly and annual profit share bonuses currently totaling about $16,000 annually. The wellness program is available during a 90 day intro period but compensation for a good match after the intro period includes a wage increase, paid major holidays, profit share and the 90 day accumulated monthly profit share and performance bonuses.
