Sous Chef – Columbus, OH

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a high-volume, polished casual restaurant in Columbus, OH. This is a great opportunity for a strong culinary leader who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high food standards, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment in Columbus, OH.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience managing kitchen operations, leading BOH teams, and maintaining food quality and consistency. We are seeking someone who is organized, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality and team development.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of salaried kitchen management experience

• High-volume scratch kitchen experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage food cost, labor, and kitchen operations

• Passion for food quality, cleanliness, and team development

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
