Additional Pay Opportunities:

Pay raise opportunity at 2 months, 6 months and 12 months of employment

Work Schedules: Schedules will vary based on workload

1st Shift: Monday--Thursday: 6:00am -- 3:00pm & Friday: 6:00am -- Noon

What you will do: As a Production Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating the high-quality custom cabinetry and doors Valley Cabinet is known for. From working with materials and tools to operating equipment and assembling finished products, every day brings the opportunity to build something with pride and purpose. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow established manufacturing procedures under assigned department which may include but not limited to: sanding, assembly, loading and unloading.

Ensure work orders are completed successfully, on-time, and meet customer specifications.

Identify defects and next steps when found.

Operate various hand and power tools.

Follow all safety rules and contribute to a safe work environment.

Participate and contribute to a “Team” environment.

Other duties as assigned.

What you need:

Ability to learn and retain on the job training.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to read measurement tools such as a tape measure.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions in English.

Ability to meet quality standards - strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to consistently meet/exceed production quotas.
