Front Desk Receptionist / Operations Support

Glass Flooring Systems – Sparta, NJ

Glass Flooring Systems (GFS) is the industry leader in high-end structural glass systems, working with top architects, builders, and developers across the country. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist who will also support our production, shipping, and sales teams.

This is not a typical front desk role — this is a high-visibility position with real responsibility and a clear path for advancement.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors

Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and confidence

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments (LTL, freight, paperwork)

Support the production team with scheduling and job coordination

Assist the sales team with proposal prep, order tracking, and client follow-ups

Help manage project files, documentation, and internal communication

Maintain a polished, professional front office environment

What We’re Looking For

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working across multiple departments

Professional presence and a proactive mindset

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook required)

Construction, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus
