Job Description RN Starting at $46.00/hour + Shift DifferentialEvery Other Weekend RequiredPosition SummaryUnder the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the delivery of resident care in accordance with professional nursing standards and all state and federal regulations.

This role ensures the implementation of nursing policies and procedures that align with the facility’s mission and philosophy while promoting the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.The Nurse Manager also leads key functions, including staff education, infection control, quality assurance, and admission screening.

This position requires effective resource management to ensure care is delivered efficiently, responsibly, and with a focus on continuous improvement.Position SummaryThe Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients/residents while promoting health, preventing illness, and supporting recovery.
