Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Representative at RakworX, serving the data center industry and based in Irvine, CA.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating new leads, and building strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers via phone and email, identifying and developing sales opportunities, providing detailed product information, preparing quotations, responding promptly to inquiries, closing deals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
This role requires a proactive and results-driven sales approach to meet targets and contribute to overall company growth.
QualificationsProven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and secure business opportunities.Preferred experience in the data center industry, including familiarity with server racks, transformers, switchboards, and related infrastructure equipment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.Ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer requests.Experience handling quotations, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals.Strong account management skills to maintain and grow key customer relationships.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer skills.
