The Customer Service / Tech Support Representative (Tech Products, Bilingual: English/Spanish) is a remote work-from-home position. The role involves interfacing with customers via inbound and outbound calls and the Internet, providing customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the friendly voice of the client, answering questions about products and services while providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Provide inbound customer support in the customer’s preferred language using a call flow guide.

Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.

Apply problem solving skills.

Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or macOS or comparable technology is preferred.

Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).

At least 1 year of customer service experience.

High school diploma or GED.

Strong focus on building customer relationships.

Comfortable using and explaining technology.

Quiet, distraction free home work environment.

Proficiency in fast paced multitasking and strong problem solving skills.

Eagerness to learn new technologies.

Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

Availability to work during the hours of operation: 8:00 AM – 11:30 PM EST, Monday Sunday, with schedule changes every 3 months based on performance.

Desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing; company will provide a work computer.

High speed internet (10 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download).

Valid U.S. address; must reside in the United States.
