Direct Counsel is partnering with a prestigious AmLaw 10 law firm to identify a Litigation Associate to join its Miami office. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented litigator to work on high-stakes, complex litigation matters alongside a nationally recognized litigation team.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated disputes across multiple industries, providing associates with the opportunity to develop strong litigation skills while working closely with experienced trial lawyers on significant cases.Key Responsibilities

Assist with all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy and development

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

Conduct legal research and factual investigations

Support discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

Work collaboratively with senior attorneys on high-profile litigation matters

Manage deadlines and contribute to the overall litigation strategyQualifications

1–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or comparable legal environment

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced litigation environment

Outstanding academic credentials
