About the Role Estimator:
As an Estimator, you'll be a key part of our preconstruction teamanalyzing plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting project success from bid to closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Review blueprints, perform takeoffs, and prepare detailed cost estimates
Create and maintain BOMs and proposals
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
Assist in preparing budgets and schedules for awarded projects
Support Project Teams throughout the bid process
Track actual project costs vs. estimates and recommend improvements
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years in electrical construction (commercial/industrial preferred)
Education: High school diploma or GED (Post-Secondary Certificate preferred)
Skills: Strong math, communication, organization, and time management
Tools: Proficiency in Accubid & other estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and blueprint reading
License: Valid state drivers license
Work Style: Team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
