Direct Counsel is partnering with a prestigious AmLaw 10 law firm to identify a Litigation Associate to join its Salt Lake City office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex, high-stakes litigation matters within a nationally recognized litigation practice.

Associates in this role will gain exposure to sophisticated disputes across multiple industries, working closely with experienced litigators on significant cases while developing strong advocacy and litigation management skills.Key Responsibilities

Assist with all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy and development

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

Conduct legal research and factual investigations

Support discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile litigation matters

Manage deadlines and contribute to the overall litigation strategyQualifications

1–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or comparable legal environment

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment

Outstanding academic credentials
