Location: Southeast Region (Florida & Georgia)

Compensation: $160,000–$200,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Work Type: Full-Time

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, gross profit performance, and overall sales execution across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer, replacement, and in-home sales operations throughout the Southeast region.

This role will oversee Sales Managers, Comfort Advisors, Sewer Sales Specialists, and in-home sales teams while partnering closely with Operations, Service, Installation, Call Center, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to improve KPIs, strengthen accountability, optimize sales processes, and create a high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate is a proven multi-location sales leader with strong residential home services experience, a deep understanding of in-home sales, and the ability to coach teams, improve close rates, and scale operational performance across multiple business lines.What You’ll DoSales Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers, Comfort Advisors, Sewer Sales Specialists, and sales support teams

Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, performance reviews, and leadership development sessions

Build accountability and consistency across all regional sales teams

Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top-performing sales talent

Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer experience, accountability, and resultsRevenue Growth & Operational Performance

Drive HVAC, plumbing, sewer, and electrical revenue growth across the Southeast region

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives

Improve replacement sales opportunities, lead conversion, and in-home sales effectiveness

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Service, Installation, Dispatch, and Call Center teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience

Support sewer replacement, excavation, water line, and financing growth initiativesKPI & Performance Management

Monitor and improve key sales performance metrics including:

Sales close rate

Average ticket

Revenue per lead

Financing penetration

Lead conversion

Booking percentages

Maintenance-to-replacement conversion

Sewer inspection conversion rates

Gross profit performance

Customer satisfaction metricsProcess Optimization & Reporting

Standardize and improve sales workflows, customer consultation processes, and in-home presentation strategies

Analyze sales performance, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement

Utilize CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive decision-making and accountability

Partner with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic growth initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications

5+ years of residential home services sales experience

Strong leadership experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer, or in-home sales environments

Proven success leading high-performing sales teams across multiple locations

Experience managing KPIs, revenue growth, profitability, and sales performance

Strong coaching, leadership, and organizational development skills

Experience conducting ride-alongs, field coaching, and performance management

Strong understanding of:

Residential replacement sales

Sewer and excavation sales

Customer financing programs

In-home sales presentations

Value-based selling techniques

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools

Ability to travel regionally up to 50%Preferred Qualifications

Multi-location leadership experience within residential home services

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software

Experience leading HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Sewer sales organizations simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferredWorking Conditions

Combination of office and field environments

Frequent ride-alongs, branch visits, in-home sales observations, and leadership meetings

Regional travel throughout Florida and Georgia requiredBenefits
