Join a fast-growing warehouse team where you accurately pick, pack, and assemble light baby care products and kits for outbound shipment. You will work with small, lightweight items such as baby clothing, accessories, bottles, and care products, ensuring each order is correct, safely packaged, and ready to ship on time. This role suits someone with warehouse or production experience who enjoys detail-oriented work, staying organized, and collaborating with others to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

Select customer orders from pick sheets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle small, lightweight items such as baby onesies, clothing, binkies, accessories, bottles, and baby care products.

Double-check order accuracy before packing to ensure all items and quantities match the pick sheet.

Load products into appropriately sized boxes and securely tape and seal packages.

Accurately assemble product kits based on specific order requirements and instructions.

Verify product counts and inspect items for quality, completeness, and proper condition before shipment.

Label, package, and prepare kits and orders for outbound shipping according to warehouse standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.

Follow all safety procedures, warehouse protocols, and standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet or exceed daily production and accuracy goals.

Perform general warehouse labor tasks as needed, including picking, packing, and basic shipping and receiving support.

Essential Skills

Previous warehouse or production experience.

Consistent and reliable work history demonstrating strong attendance and dependability.

Experience with picking and packing orders in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.

Ability to perform general labor tasks such as order selection, packing, and basic shipping and receiving.

Strong attention to detail when verifying product counts and order accuracy.

Ability to follow written pick sheets and order specifications accurately.

Capability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Commitment to following safety procedures and warehouse protocols.

Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in shipping and receiving operations.

BG in warehouse packing and picking/packing roles.

Comfort working with small, light consumer products such as apparel and accessories.

Ability to maintain an organized workspace and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn new processes and cross-train in different warehouse functions.

Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse environment handling small, lightweight baby care products and apparel. Multiple shift options are available, including Day Shift (7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday), Night Shift (7:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday), and Weekend Shift (6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Friday through Sunday). You will spend most of your time on your feet, moving between picking areas and packing stations, working with standard warehouse equipment such as shelving, carts, and packing tables. The work involves repetitive tasks, consistent productivity, and adherence to safety protocols in a clean and organized facility. Dress is typical warehouse attire, suitable for physical work and safety compliance.Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
