We are seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, candidate assessment, and stakeholder coordination and a proven ability to source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates across diverse roles.

Responsibilities:

Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions across functions.

Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, and social platforms.

Screen resumes, evaluate qualifications, and conduct structured interviews.

Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with concise summaries and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

Clear communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.

1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.

Familiarity with Agile teams and collaborative hiring processes.Company Description
