Bilingual Therapies is hiring Paraprofessionals to support a school district near Wilmington, Vermont for the current and upcoming school year. Positions are available within elementary school settings supporting students with academic and behavioral needs.
Position Details:
• Full-time
• 35–37.5 hours per week
• Monday–Friday school schedule
• ASAP and NSY/Fall start options available
• Elementary caseloads primarily
• 1:1 and classroom support opportunities
• Multiple school sites depending on candidate fit and experience
Responsibilities:
• Support students academically and behaviorally
• Assist teachers and classroom staff throughout the day
• Work with students in 1:1 and small group settings
• Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment
• Follow school and student support plans as directed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• School-based or behavioral experience is a plus
• Comfortable supporting students with varying needs
• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable
• ABA or behavioral experience welcomed but not required
