Job Title: Production Operator, pay raise to $26.70/hour after 4 months!
The Production Operator works in a blow mold facility and monitors pre-form machines, labelers, and blow mold machines to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production. This role supports high-quality manufacturing by operating and overseeing production equipment and assisting with related tasks in a clean, small-team environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor pre-form machines, labelers, and blow mold machines to ensure they run safely, efficiently, and within quality standards.
Operate production and manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
Perform basic machine adjustments and use mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor issues during production.
Assist with labeling activities to ensure products are correctly and consistently labeled.
Use forklifts when required to move materials, products, or equipment safely within the facility, if trained and authorized.
Inspect equipment and production output regularly to identify and report any irregularities or defects.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with a small team to meet production goals and maintain smooth workflow during the shift.
Document production information accurately as required by plant procedures.
Essential Skills
Previous production experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude to understand and work with production machinery.
Capability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Attention to detail to ensure product quality.
Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with a small group of colleagues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Machine operation experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
Forklift experience or certification for safely moving materials and products.
Experience working with blow mold equipment, filling machines, or similar production machinery.
Background in assembly, labeling, or packaging operations.

Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean blow mold production area, working closely with a small team of approximately four other individuals. The schedule follows a night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, and 2 days off. The facility maintains organized, well-kept conditions and follows standard industrial safety practices.Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
